Story Of A Cat:Part 3

Ok, now we are almost to present day of my story but it is important that you know how I got to where I am 2day. Soon Kera let off and let me get attention from the humans. They called me cutie and angel and lil princess. I purred for very long periods of time every day. Then it came to the time when Kera said I could call them Mom and Dad just like she did. Kera was very cautious with the humans.

One day Kera left with Mother and the 2 human kits. They were gone for a long time and finally they returned. I was frightened by their long disappearence, but Kera always said to be brave like a lion. But I wasn't brave and it would have been better if I was better friend with her because she didn't come out of the car when they returned. The cage was empty. The scent was stale. Kera was gone.

I remember my life being like a short paradise after that. I got more attention. I was an only child. The kits would go to school and I would stay home and when they returned they fed me delicious cat treats. I grew older and I had met some very unfamiliar faces along the way. Then we traced a very familiar road. We stopped at hotels and i was locked in a cage. Were we going home? I had thought to my self. "No that would be silly, this is our home." But i was wrong. We were. We arrived in small home where I met 2 very familiar cats. Ladie Chancy and Fat Ernie. Like old playmates, but they weren't. They were too older, which made them different. Chancy hid all day and Ernie just hated me...
Chancy came out only at night and when she did, she hissed and scratched me all the time. I couldn't wait until we left.

Now I live in a new home, very similar to my old home. It had stairs with a huge christmas tree around the holidays. Now this is my first christmas here and the snow is just amazing. We had a really big snow fall the other day and now I was home and ready to continue my story. The story of a Cat is not over- it is just beginning.

Story of a Cat:Part2

Every thing was dark from the moment I was in the human's arms to when I was in the house. It was nice in there, but I could smell a faint smell of Dog- but a recent smell of Cat. She was gray tabby, and she was hiding just along the edge of the couch. "So you're the knew cat?" she mewed to me as the human let me down. She came up and sniffed me carefully. "Ew...you're an outside cat aren't you! Just stay away from the humans. They're mine. I'm there cat- I'm the one who gets the attention." she snapped. "By the way, I'm Kera." Kera walked away. "I'm Hannah-"

Me and her didn't get along too well. But we had some good times too. We were best friends on some days and others we fought. I guess she was like an older sister to me. Christmas came real soon and I was always climbing up the plastic tree. Then it got warmer after a few months and I liked getting to lay in the sun coming in through the window.

But everything changed after a few years in the house. We moved. They put us in cages and shoved us in the car. We traveled all day for three days. All I can remember now is when I ran from the humans at the hotel. They were trying to give me medicine- i wasn't going to take it.
Our next home was an apartment. We stayed there for about 6 months. Then we finally were in our permanate home. Me and Kera were happy to be able to rest for once.

But I had a strong feeling that everything was going to change again sooner or later.

Story of a Cat: Part1

I was just born in the year of 2001. It was November 11th and the wind was blowing hard. Mother tucked me under her pelt. I could hear foot steps coming from the outside. Mother pulled me behind a hay bail. The door to the barn opened with a creak. Snow blew in, following by gusts of wind. Mother mewed to me, but I couldn't make it out. She pushed me to go to the human, but I didn't want to. She lied there and shut her eyes. She was really sick and she had been meowing about how she was going to die soon. I ran foor the middle of the barn and let the humans see me. One of them picked me up and took me out of the barn and into their house. As the barn door shut, I waved my paw to my mother. It was going to be long night.
